State Library of Queensland Young Writers Award

The Young Writers Award runs from May to July. Open to Queensland residents aged 18 to 25, it encourages and supports promising Queensland writers. Short stories up to 2500 words for writers aged 18-25; stories up to 1500 words for writers 15-17.
