    There are two ways to hit us up for tech support if you experience problems with the Australian Writer’s Marketplace forums of the AWM in general. These are:

    • email the AWM tech support on techhelp@awmonline.com.au; or
    • leave a message in the troubleshooting forum, detailing your problem and adding any relevant links that may be useful

    We’ll try to respond to things as quickly as we can, but it may take up to a couple of days for us to see catch things. The AWM is maintained by Queensland Writers Centre, a small not-for-profit organisation, and the small team devoted to running AWM and its associated projects are only on-deck part-time. Our goal is to get you a response within 3 working days, but it may be as long as 5 working days during busy periods when we’ve got a lot on.
